Cancellation Policy

Payment confirms acceptance of terms and conditions and understanding of the process. Please ensure your understand prior to payment. Refund requests will incur an additional cost. Any photo shoot needs a proof of payment sent for the full amount within 24 hours of completing the Terms & Conditions form to secure  booking. First come first served - No follow ups will be done in this regard - no payment - no booking confirmation. Rescheduling cannot be done on campaigns, but a value voucher will be awarded for later use. No refunds will be awarded. Please ensure you stick to scheduled time to get the most out of your session Cancellation more than 14 days incurs a 50% administration fee. Cancellation less than 14 daysforfeits session fee. No show will forfeit full amount of the session fee - no refund or rescheduling. Booking requests will be followed up with a phone call and confirmation will be done via email.
