Cancellation Policy

Full payment guaranteees bookings for headshot marathons. Slots will not be held for pending payments. No monies will be refunded or transferred in case of cancellations less than 5 days before the shoot unless otherwise arranged with Laetitia Marathon shoots cannot be rescheduled. However, if a reschedule request is done more than 5 days prior to session, a value voucher will be issued to use at a later date. Please note that the value voucher goes toward a full session and not marathon session rates If I should fall ill or have a personal emergency, the shoot will be rescheduled at your earliest convenience. However, every precaution is taken that this is not necessary. Please note that if you are more than 10minutes late, session fee will be forfeited and another shoot will have to be booked. Due to the nature of these sessions, time missed will be taken off of the full session. You understand you only receive the images that you paid for in your chosen collection.
